Stacia Moore, Au.D.
Founder & Doctor of Audiology – Retired
Family experience drove Dr. Stacia Moore to pursue her career in audiology. For years her mother, Robyn, suffered from hearing loss. Dr. Moore witnessed first-hand the detrimental effects this condition has on those affected as well as their loved ones. Watching her mother’s struggles against hearing loss was the inspiration in founding Moore Hearing in 2003.
The goal of Moore Hearing remains the same. A philosophy built on helping others to not miss out in life because of a basic health characteristic that is impaired. Dr. Moore understood that sound shapes who we are, connects us to other people, can change emotions and how we feel. She believed everyone deserved the opportunity to hear.
Dr. Moore’s ultimate enthusiasm was helping the community in which she had lived. She was passionate in providing hearing care to the Veteran population to ensure they received the care they had earned.
Dr. Moore retired to Arizona in August 2018 with her husband Terry.
Jenna Hille, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jenna Hille, HIS, earned her degree in Hearing Instrument Sciences specializing in advanced technologies, digital instruments and hearing devices for hearing loss.
Jenna assists patients in all facets of hearing care. Jenna chose her profession because she was passionate about transforming people’s lives through better hearing. “I love what I DO! It’s an amazing feeling to give someone back the gift of better hearing.”
Jenna is licensed by the state of Montana and attends advanced training seminars and continuing education courses annually to stay on the leading edge of technology and patient care. She has been an integral part of the provider team at Moore Hearing since 2008.
For Jenna, her favorite part of her job is helping people reconnect. “Helping someone reconnect with a loved one through better hearing is extremely gratifying. Helping someone hear sounds they haven’t heard in years is a life changing event. It gives me goose bumps.”
Jenna’s enthusiasm for helping people improve their lives through better hearing is evident from the initial moment you meet her.
When not at work, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is a youth counselor and active in her church.
Christopher Kish, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology | Veteran Services Practitioner
Dr. Kish obtained his doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati and his undergraduate degrees in German and Linguistics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. For his capstone project he chose to help create and Ototoxicity Monitoring protocol for the Cincinnati VA.
Dr. Kish has long been affiliated with Veterans, as multiple members of his family have been in the Service. While working toward his graduate degree, he also completed clinical rotations both at the Dayton VA hospital and the Cincinnati VA hospital.
He is also well-versed in hearing loss and the Deaf community. Both of his parents are profoundly deaf and Dr. Kish grew up primarily speaking American Sign Language at home. He is no stranger to the many difficulties that arise from an inability to hear and communicate.
Dr. Kish is excited to be working with Montana’s Veterans. “They proudly served our country and now it is my turn to proudly serve them.”
When out of the office Dr. Kish enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, hiking, and playing his guitar.
Patient Care Coordinator
Stephanie joined Moore Hearing in 2008 and is a valuable member of the team. Stephanie is the first point of contact a patient has with our office and sets the tone for the overall patient experience. From the initial call to scheduling an appointment, to the reminder call, to a general follow up call, to the moment a patient walks through the door, Stephanie is there to guide our patients.
Patients can expect a warm, friendly and welcoming greeting and to have their questions answered professionally and with thoughtful care. According to Stephanie, the best part of her job is the daily interaction with patients.
“I love visiting with patients, sharing in their life stories and helping them reconnect with improved hearing.”
When not at work, Stephanie stays busy with her husband Stephen and two sons, Wyatt and Cooper. Stephanie loves cooking, experimenting with new recipes and scrapbooking.
Patient Care Coordinator
Laura is a Midwest native from Peoria, Illinois and joined Moore Hearing in 2008 after searching for a better work-life balance.
For Laura, working at Moore Hearing is invigorating! She enjoys contributing in variety of roles that include: Patient Check-out, Marketing, Financial and Project Coordination in addition to Grassroots outreach.
She enjoys the ongoing professional development, the strong emphasis on community involvement and unwavering commitment in providing the ultimate Patient Care experience.
Laura also benefits from improved hearing herself. She experienced difficulty hearing on the phone, the TV volume was loud, and was asking people to repeat themselves. After being fit with hearing aids, she appreciates the positive impact they have made in her life.
In her down time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and Papillion dogs. They enjoy the abundance of outdoor recreation activities available year round in the Flathead Valley & spending time in Glacier National park.
Patient Care Coordinator
Esther Nimmick is a native Montanan, born and raised in Great Falls. She attended the University of Montana and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Women’s Studies. After graduating, Esther and her son, Braxton, moved to Portland, OR, for several years.
In 2005, Esther and Braxton moved back to Montana and decided to settle in the Flathead Valley. Esther joined Moore Hearing in December of 2016 and is excited to be the newest member of this forward moving and expanding team. Esther is one of your first points of contact when you enter and one of your last as you leave. Her warm, cheerful, upbeat attitude will help you feel welcome and ready to take care of your hearing needs.
Esther values patient care as a whole and understands the importance of doing all she can to make your experience with Moore Hearing a very positive, comfortable one. She’ll be there to assist you with making your initial appointments, follow-up with reminder calls and be available to assist you with any needs when you arrive to our office. Esther will also be available to answer questions about financial options available, schedule future appointments and attend to any other questions that may arise. Right in line with Stephanie, Esther’s favorite part of the job is the interaction and communication with patients. “Moore Hearing is such a comfortable, positive, congenial environment. Every person that comes into our office is appreciated and treated like family. We love what we do, our patients and our community and providing the best hearing care atmosphere possible.
